UK's Leading Ballroom, Latin & Sequence Dance breaks

With over 100 dance breaks under our belt, we really have perfected the recipe for a wonderful weekend; the number of repeat guests attending multiple breaks each year speaks volumes.

ALL BREAKS ARE HOSTED BY PHIL & KATHRYN HURST

Our dance weekends are fast becoming famous for our great music, wonderful venues, fabulous atmosphere, highest quality lessons & workshops, as well as our attention to detail in every aspect and our personal feel.

As dancers since the age of 8 we understand that enthusiastic hosts, great music, space to dance and magnificent floors are what is needed to make an event or weekend a fabulous and memorable occasion.

We go out of our way to ensure everyone has the best time at all of our events. All socials and events are 50:50 (50% Ballroom/Latin and 50% Sequence) unless otherwise stated.

Dance Breaks typically consist of.....

• Dinner, bed and breakfast.

• 8+ hours of workshops and lessons in varying styles and levels

• Friday afternoon workshops

• Friday night dance – this usually has a theme – guests find this great fun and a wonderful icebreaker. You can choose to get dressed up to get in the mood, however, smart casual is absolutely fine too.

• Saturday daytime – workshops from 10am - 5pm

• Saturday night dinner and dance – Black Tie and usually includes an all-star demonstration after dinner

• We also try to host a workshop with the demonstrating couple

All weekends are hosted by Phil.

Please note that the dance break programmes may vary and be subject to change, due to exceptional circumstances. Demonstrations are not guaranteed and the number of workshops varies depending on the availability of the room.

PLEASE NOTE:
Dance Breaks and Events
sell very quickly
•   We do not reserve
    tickets for any events.     They are on a first-come     basis and only confirmed     once we receive     payment.
•   Dance holiday bookings     are only confirmed once     we receive a signed form     and deposit.
•   It is your responsibility to     ensure final payments     are made on time.
•   We no longer reserve     seating. If you are part of     a large group we advise     arriving early to ensure     you can sit together.     However, we do limit     attendance and so     seating is always     plentiful.
•   Doors for events open     promptly at the stated     time and no earlier.
•   As we are a full-time     dance school we may not     always be able to answer     calls. If we are unable to     answer please leave a     message and we will get     back to you promptly.
•   Emails are done twice     per week – if you require     us urgently please     phone.
•   We only process holiday     bookings once per     week.
•   Please note: Dance     holiday prices are only     applicable when booked     more than 3 calendar     months before the break.     Bookings made within 3     months of the break will     be £20 on top of the     stated price.
